“Wow!! I am up from Tucson, AZ, and a part on my wheelchair broke. Taylor, a wonderful woman, was on duty on a Saturday by herself primarily. She had the phones, customers in the store and us to handle. Very methodica, she helped each customer as a primary person and was able to provide amazing service! I met the owner of the business too. We called up Get Around Mobility and they came back to the hotel to switch out the scooter with a manual wheelchair. The staff were really great to communicate with and very helpful. “I woke up one morning with severe pain in my right hip. Could hardly walk! It was my first day of a 4 day trip to Las Vegas! I didn’t know what sss wrong and I didn’t want to go back to Texas to get it checked. Decided I’ll rent a scooter and manage my next 3 days. Found Get Around Mobility on Google. What a jackpot! Gio, the owner was great and suggested what I needed and promptly delivered the unit. They explained how to use it and charge it too when time to return they promptly came and collected the unit. Both Gio and Taylor did a great job professionally and efficiently. Highly recommend them.”
